Life & Spiritual Coaching Questions

Feeling comfortable begins with knowing exactly what to expect.

If you're curious about something that isn't answered below, you're always welcome to ask.

1. What is Life & Spiritual Coaching?

Life & Spiritual Coaching is a space to slow down, reflect on what's happening in your life, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Through conversation, thoughtful questions and reflective practices, we'll explore what's on your mind, what may be keeping you stuck, and what feels ready to shift.

The “spiritual” part isn't about following a particular belief system. It's simply an invitation to look a little deeper—to connect with your values, intuition, inner knowing and sense of meaning.

2. Do I need to be spiritual?

Not at all. You don't need to follow any particular spiritual path — or consider yourself spiritual — to benefit from our time together.

If spirituality is meaningful to you, there's room for whatever that means to you. If it isn't, that's perfectly fine too. Our sessions begin with who you are, what you believe and what matters to you.

3. Is coaching the same as therapy or counseling?

No. Coaching is focused on reflection, personal growth, clarity, goals and moving forward. It isn't psychotherapy or mental-health counseling and doesn't diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.

If what you're experiencing would be better supported by a licensed mental-health professional or another healthcare provider, I'll encourage you to seek the appropriate support.

4. Will you give me advice or tell me what I should do?

I won't tell you how to live your life or make decisions for you. My role is to help you slow things down, look at what's happening from different perspectives, and hear your own thoughts, values and inner knowing more clearly.

If I have an observation or suggestion that may be useful, I'll ask whether you're open to hearing it—and you'll always decide what feels right for you.

5. Which session is right for me?

Think of Exhale, Release and Purpose as starting points rather than rigid programs.

The Exhale Session is for slowing down, feeling grounded and present. The Release Session focuses on emotional release and clarity. The Purpose Session is for deeper alignment with your life's direction and exploring what's next.

If our conversation naturally takes us somewhere different, we'll follow what feels most useful to you that day.

6. What happens during a session?

We'll begin with a conversation about what brings you in and what you'd like from our time together.

From there, your session may include guided reflection, thoughtful questions, mindfulness, meditation, visualization, breath awareness or simple relaxation practices depending on your goals and preferences.

Your reset doesn't follow a script.

7. What should I bring to my session?

Just bring yourself.

There's nothing you need to study, prepare or figure out beforehand. Wear something comfortable, arrive as you are, and we'll begin there.

If you wish, you may bring a notepad to write down any thoughts or new insights at the end of the session.

8. What if I don't know what to say?

You don't need to arrive ready for a deep conversation.

Some days you may want to explore something that's been weighing on you. Other days, what you need most may simply be a quiet place to slow down, settle your mind and exhale.

We'll meet the day you're actually having.

9. How long is a session?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, I allow a little flexibility when possible so our conversation can come to a natural close rather than feeling abruptly cut off. Because sessions are scheduled individually, any additional time depends on availability that day.

10. How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our website or schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation to discuss your specific needs and goals.

11. Do you offer remote sessions?

Most sessions are offered in person, in my studio in Downtown Lake Mary, FL. However, if you wish to inquire about a remote session for you or a loved one, please contact me and we can talk about it: nada@theinspiredreset.com

12. Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held in my private studio at The Inspired Reset inside IMAGE Studios in Downtown Lake Mary, Studio 113.

Sessions are by appointment only. You'll receive the practical details you need before your appointment so you can simply arrive and settle in. You will find plenty of parking in our dedicated lot located just behind the building.

Once you arrive, you can text me or call through the intercom system at the front door so I can come open up the door for you to let you in and walk you to the studio.

13. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?

The time reserved for you is only for you - which means that if you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 24-hours ahead of our appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss future availability options: nada@theinspiredreset.com
